M66 not work Philips 432 6702/700 Maho MH800E2
hello i have a problem with my "new" Maho, i have MH600E and when i use M66 (T31 M66) on screen display "intervention" then i can open tool chuck (by button on keyboard) and putin tool, when i try do it on MH800E2, on screen is only T31 tool ready to use, but i cant put it by hand (works similiar like M67) i think there is some wrong in constant preferences, but i cant find where, can someone help me with it?
ps.constant prefs are not the same as on my MH600E so i cant compare all of it

there is no error, just M66 works like M67 (you see on screen your tool thats all, i made pchysical button to open tool chuck, its not sovled fine but works
i have bigger problem, machine has wrong ways, cube 40x40x20 made 40,7x40,7x20 (Z axis is fine)
can someone help me with constant for that cnc? i think it was repair and there is wrong parameters

Try this constants, but first save your original via RS232 or write them on paper.
Regarding the cube problem check backlash on X and Y .

yes i check backlash and its help... so its already work, but i think much slower then my 600E (Mhz on CPU ? can i change CPU card for faster one?)

It is not the CPU, normally the 800 e2 is faster than the 600 e. Probably some parameter settings are bad.

G0 is faster 6000 (600e 4000) dobule tool changer, its all look much faster, but reading programm (i dont have postprocessor so i have many many many lines for make one wheel) and both has 19200 for transfer and when i put some test just load the same programm 600e ended 1000lines faster (they can take only 5500lines so its huge) but i see reading programm tookes 8000e2 more time (i can se sometimes stops on wheels, and its not problem with loading from pc but inside that awesome DX386, 600E can read lines faster than RS232 can take, 800E2 not, im trying to compare constans but they not exacly the same, so im thinikn about that math coprocessor, or maybe someone looks here and send me constants for good working M800E2 (my email. You use BTR MODE for long programs? In my opinion the maximum baud rate for this old machines is 4800. I use EdgeCam for my machine with a special post processor that I modified for the vertical spindle . It outputs the code for helical interpolation in holes very short about 3 lines. It s fine for every day work. But if you want to do a 3 axis contour on a part it will output a point by point program, very long. For the horizontal spindle I use Esprit Cam with custom post processor. I found this constants for maho mh 800 e2 . Maybe it will help

Yes i use BTR Mode, baudrate works faster for sure (on mh600e for 1000% sure)and i know step by step programm isnt best option, and yes mh600e can do loaded programm faster then its load from pc, but mh800e2 cant (and this is strange for me)baud rate works slower on 800e2 (i see it) but even with slower loading from PC, they cant used all lines faster than its load, so its not problem with baudrate beetwen PC and Maho, but iniside Maho
