Need Parameters for an EXCEL CMT-350T20

Our Exce MiniMill hasn't seen any use for about a year and was sort of left to rot off in the corner. As a result we forgot to do our preventative maintenance and the battery in the board died causing us to lose our parameters. If anyone happens to have a similar machine we would greatly appreciate if someone could e-mail the parameters to me. Thanks a ton in advance for any assistance anyone can provide.
