High Precision Automatic Tool Sensor Cnc Z Axis, How to wire to UB1 Controller UCCNC
hello,
Looking for help to Setup 4 wire automatic tool sensor to UB1. I seen people on Youtube with it setup on UB1, UCCNC Software. Didn't show how it was setup/connected.
The only wiring i found was on google.
Not sure if it apply to this probe, or perhaps they the same.
Would appreciate all feedback
thanks

Ok. would share how did you wire it up... draw diagram.
right now hive mines working, but only the yellow/green on X105 and 0V Pin/5 and I/O Port1, And work perfect. But that it can also be connected E-stop too.
So when it go to far down, it trigger E-stop and the probing will stop. project your bit....
I also found other documents from other forum, there they successfully set the up. but didn't show how they wire it. so sad..
anyway i'll doing my research on this project.

Hi
Here is picture of UB1., Can you mark what you are talking about. "" just connected the override limit to the pins, and then i have connected that pin to reset in UCCNC ""
UB1 doesn't hive reset pin., You talking E-stop
Thanks

Did this configuration work for you?:
"Yellow wire / => assuming it's ( Probe Single )
Green Wire /=> assuming it's ( Probe Return Single )
Red wire /=> 24v + Resistor 2k 1w
Black wire /=> Either ( COM- ) or ( 0V ) Or Connect Green wire to ( COM-) + resistor"
Did you connect the overtravel circuit to the OSSD safety circuit on the UB1?
