MasterCam is telling me the tool is colliding with the stock but when I run the verify everything looks good and no collisions. I don't understand whats going on here? I don't want to try and run the part and see it get f'd up. Any ideas?

I'm guessing it is a combination of the "Tool Clearance" settings ( stock setup page in Op manager -read the ? in this area ) & your use of the lead in/out settings ie Rapid moves set to 0.050" and the lead in set to 0.040"
Tool clearance sets a "phantom" boundary" ( around the stock, chuck & tailstock ) to check back to, for the transition ( rapids ) between passes. 9 times out of 10 it turns out only to be a warning, not a crunch.
.........It's the 1 out of 10 that bits you on the bum.
ive had exacly the same problem.. always only got the error when i made the toolpaths... but when i used verify and checked for tool collision it dident say anything and out on the machine no collision.
I was thinking what i did wrong aswell. :D
