NEED HELP!FANUC 10M PC 010 PC ERROR ON FANUC 10M (LED ON MOTHERBOARD IS E)

HI EVERYONE!
Now, I have problem with fanuc 10M control with alarm PC010 pc error and Led E on Mother board (pcb: A016B-1010-0040/09D)
I am new member so i am extremely grateful with your help please!

The E is simply indicating a system error is present (PC010)
The maintenance manual has a breakdown of some led mappings in Fanuc's attempt to isolate to a daughter board or component (IE Main board, Sub CPU, Software ROM.) if you have one to reference. Generally, this alarm never has a good outcome.
