Mazak M32 H500/50N spindle noise by High gear

HI,
It is for few days I have problem with my spindle noise and by accelerating in high gear from 0 to 2000 rpm above, it start to make a huge noise like something is fighting the motor and the spindle, without any alarm goes off.
By low gear there is no problem but by high gear the motor can not accelerate.
Frequel-SF seems ok otherwise there would be an alarm and I haven't check all the components.
PLG Pre-Amp I did fine tune but I am not sure about the PLG sensors.
At high gear the spindle does not engage to any gears which is normal.
Any suggestion, recommendation or help, I appreciate it in advance.
