I do not need programming or operation manual.
Need parts manual, maintenance manual and especially electrical.
I purchased the machine and the manuals were lost during shipment.
The Parts Book, The Electrical Book, The Instruction Manual, and The Operations Manual: all ship with the machine and are considered a "PART" which is sold. I CAN NOT PROVIDE THOSE HERE.
These are Doosan parts that are sold. The revenue from these manuals helps to pays for the respective companies to assist their customers with informative manuals and competent personnel that are able to go onto forums and assist those customers.
Please contact your local dealer with the serial number of your machine and they can get you a quote on replacement manuals.
I have NON-Part/NON-revenue manuals available (they cover a wide variety of uses. From repair to operation, and most are better oriented toward learning than the original manuals that ship with the machine. (But note: I do not have NON-revenue manuals for a machine as old as a 12S. I might have a few relevant Tech-docs...but I do not know which ones, off hand.)

Re: Does anyone need service manuals for popular Doosan Machines?
i have an older Puma 2600Y S/N: ML0105-000313, i have an issue with an alarm NO. 2047 TURRET CLAMP SWITCH ALARM OR TURRET CONTROL UNIT ALARM, i have already followed the steps to fix the alarm by taking the back of the turret off and checking the distance form the dog and the switch(0.4 mm) i also unclamped and tried resetting the alarms and nothing happened, still have the same alarm. all i have is the operating manual and wiring diagram/ladder book, im also thinking im missing a manual or two,im fairly new to cnc repair seen but this is the first one that has me stumped. Any help would be most appreciated, Thanks

As you are postin here (this thread) I assume you would like a better service manual.
I attached one.
This is for the little brother of your machine. Procedures are similar, but use your parts book for the correct part numbers.
Re: Does anyone need service manuals for popular Doosan Machines?
thank you for the help on the 2600Y, i was able to get everything all in order. i do however have another issue that ive been looking at but doosan has been unresponsive in my efforts to get help, i have a puma 18 S/N PM180009, our tail stock has been having bearing issues and am looking to rebuild the tailstock. i was looking for any procedure for this process, i have several machine manuals but nothing to do with this particular machine, as always thank you for the help dhardt.

I notice that you are in Korea. Doosan Korea has the same (and more) manuals, written in Hangul.
Would you rather have those?
