Rebild low speed Mazak VQC 20/40B Mazatrol M-2 to 10000/RPM hight speed

Mazak VQC 20/40B Mazatrol M-2.These machines usaly do 4000 rpm on spindle and pals on the net says its very difficult to find a machine thats make more, (10000 rpm)becouse off a weak spindle-construction.I have checked the parameters,even the hidden GH4,GH3...and GL4 GL3..I was also looking on top off spindle mechanism but did not find anything saying that machine is ready for hi gear.If somebody have information on that tema I would be pleased to share info from that person about parameters settings and every eventual mechanical changes needed to set it in hight speed mode.
IN OTHER WORDS IS THERE SOMEBODY KNOWING HOW TO REBILD THE MACHINE IN HIGT SPEED MODE AS SOME OFF THEM WAS FROM FACTORY
