Star SR38 type B, B-Axis Help

Hey everyone. I run an SR38 where I work and I was hoping someone here could help me troubleshoot some of the B-Axis functions. I program with PartMaker and was attempting to use a Swarf Finish pass, to the best of my knowledge I had my setup correct off the model and in the post settings as well as in the machine. When I went to test the toolpath, the cutter ended up going far deeper I to the stock then the simulation had shown. On the CAM side of things I have the tool in T1800 with B-Axis post set to Local with the tool setup in Gang2. On the machine side of things , I did a standard X touch of for position T1800 and added the radius of the tool to the Z offset in the Wear settings for the D value on the G43.4.
