Create a tool change cycle TNC 310

Hello, friends. A 3-axis milling machine with a TNC 310 stand came to our Ukrainian enterprise. But the problem is that this machine does not have a tool changer. We want to put 4 cells with mandrels on the side and organize a simple tool change system. But I ask for help, who knows how to prescribe the M06 cycle for the correct operation of this system? This is necessary for the speedy victory over the enemy.

Help. The machine DMU 50 and TNC310 does not move on two or three axes at the same time. Writes that the function is disabled in the plc. How can I make it move along two and three coordinates at the same time?
