To anyone that may be able to help.
Recently I purchased a XYZTech EXLAS 3040 Laser Engraver. The problem with this laser is that the instructions for this piece of equipment are as clear as mud. It is very hard to understand and some parts do not make sense.
Does anyone have any proper instructions as to how one of these should be operated? There is a dongle that came with the engraver and we assume it should be plugged into the computer connected to the engraver.
If someone out there could help me through the setup processes of our laser, I would greatly appreciate it.

Is it using the standard Leetro Software?
Please describe the dongle.
What software did you get with the laser machine?
Did you go through the laser tube installation and alignment?

It is using the LaserEXZY software, the machine came with no instructions what so ever. I have no idea what to do with the dongle, however i am attaching the dongle picture,
the alignment went ok as far as i know.

The Exlas laser are the best for the cutting and engraving on the metal plates and plastic plates...
I use this machine for it and i purchased it from the needham-laser in UK....

Thanks for your praise, but our EXLAS smart can not cut on the metal, some thin plastic is ok, bcs we only use 40w or 60w on EXLAS smart, but thanks anyway~

This is Ms.Mary.Hope your problem have already solved, or it is not too late to answer you. This EXZY software doesnt need a driver. Only by connecting the machine and software by the data cable.Please try again and any questions dont hesitate to send email to me or the sales lady who contacted you before.
