I have a problem with my VFC box i think it cant' converting the Arc voltage to a frequencies. on my VMD screen the arc voltage stay 0V with manual and auto is same, so the THC will not working .
Any suggestions ?

The VFC box is polarity sensitive, it will only read voltage in the Auto mode. If in Auto it displays 0 voltage when cutting try swapping the arc voltage wires.
