MDI Doesn’t work after tool change?

I zero return at startup, run my Mdi program then return with G28 do a tool change then nothing will work in Mdi, all the ready lights are on, zero return lights are on. Is a Miyano tsv-31 with Fanuc 31-M

BTW I’m doing a manual tool change M06T1 etc
