Drive Top Software

Hello. I have two DKC01.1-040-7FW INDRAMAT drivers in an old system used to apply a sealing mixture on one of our products. I had a problem with the batteries backup and the drivers lost the absolute position. I am working with the drivers but I cannot locate the copy of the drive top software. Also, the cable was removed from its location and it´s lost for the moment. Would anyone be able to forward me a copy of the software and the configuration diagram for the communication cable?.
