new G540 FAULT LED LIT

I have just completed mounting the new G540 and on Step 2 of the Grcko manual discusses the Fault light.
The only thing connected to the G540 right now is the Power Positive to pin 11 and Neg to pin 12, and the ES switch Pin 10 back to pin 12.
I verified that the ES switch does go to open when pushed in and closed when out, (wiring disconnected from anything else)

The ES Switch is installed and the fault is lit when ever power is applied.

Charge pump in OFF position. With the ES switch in the out position (closed) the Fault led is lit, it is also lit when the ES switch is in the IN position (open), and power applied.

Charge pump in ON position. The fault LED comes on for a second then goes to green.

Can someone help me with this issue?
