Delcam Dongle not recognized on new computer

good morning all, i am having some issues with my delcam for solidworks not acknowledging my dongle. so from the start one of my computers at my shop took a **** and i had to revert to programming on my laptop. i installed all the software for my delcam, installed the sentinel driver 7.6.0, and made sure my .paf is in the correct location on my computer. delcam for solidworks is still in eval mode and the dongle is "not found" when running my program. however when i go into devices and printrs it shows and is functioning. please someone help, i am getting tired of writing complex programs by hand.
