Problem in bootloader mode?

I have a mk3 9 axis board and have had a few troubles already trying to connect it with the software. At first the software was bugging so jog was not respondind and this was fixed by removing the program and downloading it again. Before that, I had tried a bunch of other things and one of them was the revert to v1. Now the board is constantly blinking and in the settings I cannot set as primary the board which is recognized though but as in bootloader state. It is not clickable at all. Trying to update the firmware and message saying usb connector not found, although it has been recognized already in the settings under the simulation. Have been trying to remove usb and power and reconnect but nothing has worked.

Does anybody know what could cause this? Licence accepted my key with green light with S inside but says not verified
