I have a project requiring manufacturing identical parts. I have the contours and points done. But how can I array/pattern them so I can have them nested on a single material and machine 50 at a time?

Hello,
You need to use the miscellaneous command Repeat to create this.
The general format is :--
Repeat on - set XY offsets or rotations etc
Select tool #1
Goround Con1, left ..... etc
Goround Con2, right .... etc
Repeat off
Repeat on - set XY etc
Select tool #2
Drill Pat1
Repeat off
Using this method, all the Contours would be machined and then all the holes drilled.
If you need to machine all featues in the first location and then repeat them, use this method
Repeat on ..... set XY etc
Select tool #1
Goround Con1.....
Goround Con2 ....
Select tool #2
Drill Pat1 .....
Repeat off.
Please not that you will no see the toolpaths until you have used the repeat off command and then Run the program.

Oh OK I see now... TX very much! I was able to do what I was wanting in the 3d Cam with the pattern function. I will go back and redo in the 2d Cad just to learn it better. TX
