Does anyone have a clue what this error means and how to fix?
Nothing on-line about it!
The program seems to start ok then stops flagging this error. Sometimes it stops right away and sometimes the program starts and seems to be fine before the error appears??

when you emergency stop machining stand on matt etc and then reset and try to move one of the axis can be in a dangerous position can be a end borer or z axis or tool changer.(ideally check all clear and move manually to safe position
when referencing or in program/start of program same as above applies (aswell as axis not getting back into position) but consistent problem lies with the relays. Replace relays. If original will need to match to successor. They can stick or take to long to react, the safety and kavara work along side them so if not up to speed will cause all different types of faults depending on what telling machine to do.
obviously check all little things like limit switches and e-stops etc
also a bit of warmth helps
