Trying to configure my spindle with Mach3 and XHC MK4

Here are the facts:

I'm using the XHC MK4 USB controller from Automation Technology
4-Axis Motion Control Card USB2.0 Interface, CNC MACH3 USB Card XHC-MK4 | Automation Technology Inc

I'm using a sunfar E300-2S0015L VFD

On the controller I've set it to the following
F0.0 to 1 to use external input 0-10v
F0.2 to 1001 to enable terminal controls and allow self startup

My wiring is in the image and you will also find all the instruction tables for both the VFD and the usb controller.

I'm looking for some help setting it up so I can set my speed with Mach3 from the pendant controller. So far no luck. The best I've been able to do is program the speed in the VFD control panel then fire it off with the relay control. In theory I should be able to do it this way but if there is a better way using this VFD then I would love to hear them.
