Amada RG125 NC-9EX - problem with battery

Dear All,
We have a problem with Amada RG125 press brake with NC-9EX control. Machine is produced in 1984.
Machine was switched off for some time and after switching back on, error 100 appeared on control display. I checked backup battery in the back of NC control and found that it is dead. (After switching off voltage was dropping much below 2V in 5 minutes). So I replaced battery for new one (3.6V 80mAh) and now we have an problem with control parameters. It turns out that display of values switched from mm to inches, one of motors of L axis is not working, reference positions of L axis also changed.
Do anybody have any information, how to properly setup machine after loosing memory backup battery? I would be grateful for any help,
