OPEN GL / Hardware Acceleration

Good Evening everyone. I hope you are all doing well. I have an employee who is using Esprit 2010 and his computer crashed. We reinstalled it but there is some "Ghosting" that happens when he tries to draw anything. I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of where Esprit keeps its settings pertaining to Hardware Acceleration or OPEN GL.

Also, in a possibly unrelated issue it appears when Esprit in launched that it turns off windows 7 Aero and doesn't allow window peek. Thanks again everyone and I am excited to be part of the community.
