Haimer HSK A63 160 Guage Lenght x Ø3 and Ø4 Slim Holders

We have uses the holders (in the comment) for years and Haimer is dropping them for a 130 version that is causing us great hardship. They briefly offered to custom make us them for 3x the original price and then changed their mind on that so now we are stuck trying to over-share the ones we have.

Hoping that is enough information, can anyone point me to a substitute? I have been investigating two piece options but they just don't quite make it.
