PCNC 440 for Sale (San Francisco Bay Area)

We have a one-year-old PCNC 440 for sale.

It's the deluxe package with fog buster. It comes with:
Base machine
Controller running the latest version of PathPilot
Touch screen
Stand
Full Enclosure
Fog buster
Tormach 4" CNC vise
4" parallels set
TTS surface plate, height gauge, and tool holders (end mills not included)
T-slot accessories

We added:
Edge Technology Pro vise stop
Edge Technology vise handle
Monster Jaws in various sizes for 4" vise
Custom made jaws that allow you to use up to 6" in the Y workspace, something you cannot normally do in the 440 (see pics).

The machine is in perfect condition. It was delivered new from Tormach in April 2017, and it has been used for prototyping (low hours, no production work).

Asking price is $10,000. Looking for local pick up.

Is the Tormach 440 still available? I live in N California, so pickup would not be a problem. I would like to see it in action first, if that is possible.
