Wells Index 745 Conversion

I am contemplating converting my WI 745 to CNC for home / hobby use & if lucky paying some side jobs. I plan on converting it in steps. The first couple steps will be items that will work even if I keep it as a manual mill.
I also plan on keeping my eyes open if a good donor CNC machine pops up for sale. the mean time I am moving forward with the planning and design phase.
I am currently dissembling the table to get measurements and cleaning the many years of oil and chips off everything.
Has anyone converted a 745 or is thinking about it? I would love to have a sounding board for this project.
