Full backup of NUM 1060

Hello,
I must make a full backup of NUM 1060 SI. I already found CNCDiskv2 and NUMBackup. I however wonder if I can somehow make a backup of operating system of NUM itself (backup of Flash EPROM). Is there a way to do it? Or is the only way to order a new EPROM by manufacturer if it fails.
