All axis move one direction

I have stepper motor and breakout board , i had purchase it from china
then when i connect it with PC , and mach3

tried many time to move direction, but no way, it just move to one way

i change every wire and double check it
when i try to move motor to other direction
i changed breakout board
i changed PC ( For change parallel /port )
i changed mach3 program

tried every thing can , but no thing change

Pls any one have any ideas

be note am new in this

Check the direction output, does it change from a Low to High or High to Low when you switch directions. You probably do not have the Port and Pin set correct for the direction output pin for each axis.
