Servomotors torque limitation

Hi Guys, could you help me with some ideas, I need to analyze how what is the maximun torque per axis that each machine needs according to the mix they are producing, and set the torque parameters 10% to 15% more.
The idea is, in case of an impact, to avoid mechanical damages and extend the life time of ballscrews and other mechanical components.

I need some ideas about how start, how can I check the maximun torque and where should be configured the torque parameter?.

Some machines are Cincinnati Cinturn (CNC 0i-TD FANUC) and others are OKUMA CNC LATHE LOC-650
