Is there a way to change which direction the spindle spins when it orientates? Currently it spins in reverse(mo4). FANUC 31i- Model B it's a live tooling OM VTL
Maybe it can be changed in parameter 3706 If you change bit #5 (ORM). The value can be 0 or 1.
But what do you gain from having it going M3 instead?
To run boring heads that I can stop and orientate without spinning the insert backwards.Quote:
