Fanuc Robocut Alpha 0c error

Hello, I have a problem with Fanuc Robocut Alpha 0c EDM machine. I installed it and I cannot make the machine reference with G53. When I try it to do it in this way it say alarm "048:referenzpunkt anfahren".
In the manual mode I can move only Z axe, when I try to move X or Y it's say:"Servo Alarm: Torque alarm".
Have anyone any idea how to solve it?
