I dont know about your problem specifically, but since its a windows overlay, the fatal exception melhmi.exe and 0xc000 address issue seem to indicate a missing, corrupt or improperly modified file. Have you tried reloading the SRAM? I'd start there. If there is still an issue after a SRAM reload, it may be a dying control board, a corrupt sector in the hard drive, (or something else.)
If you dont have a SRAM backup, I believe your distributor or the citizen main office can send you a copy. Shoot them an email.
