Need access code for heidenhain tnc 415b to make backup files

Hi! Thank you in advance!
I have Mikron UME 600 and want to make backup files. For transfer data i use TNCREMO, and there are function backup files. I pres botton : scan system and machine files. Then there ask code number access plc.
I use all codes in heidenhain manual, but not one work:

123 MACHINE PARAMETER EDITING FOR END USERS (marked by *)

Those codes work just tirect in tnc controller.
Any ideas?
