Gantry Y Ideas (DATRON M8Cube)
Datron's M8Cube CNC looks very interesting to study. Unfortunately it is difficult to find photos and videos to better understand your design.
I would like to understand what gantry Y looks like, where are the linear guides and the ball screw?
Does it have only 1 ball screw and 1 motor on the Y axis? Are the linear guides attached to the underside of the polymer concrete table?

Gantry is welded steel structure with 2 linear guidways one on the front and the other on the bottom of gantry.
Y axis is 2 seperate linear guideways on each bottom side of polymer concrete table with two 200 watt servos and 2 ground ballscrews C3
This design is very clever regarding the weight distribution, very high acceleration, chips management and precision.
