Machine was in mid pgm of drilling cycle when spindle slowed down and stopped. Switched m/c off and tried to restart spindle in pgm mode and no luck, so tried to start spindle in manual mode and still can't get spindle to rotate. Any help would be appreciated.
I bet you got f*cked by the MTI-1 board... look at diodes, caps, SCR's, transformers.
Also, simply try to reset the overload (big breaker, also push button on klockner moeller OL).
I've had loads of trouble with the MTI-1 board on my interact 1 mk2. the motor is fine, the FAC1R (and rest of the KTK drive) seem to be good.
If the fuses blew on the MTI-1, its a good bet that something else is toast.
