Need Help- Multiple plates change program M90 or M201

Dear Sir,

We have one Mitsui seiki HS5A with Fanuc 11M control and have 10 plates change system.
We will set the sequence of plate on the small control panel beside the plate pool,
Usually the program should be

O0001

M90
M68
----machining----
M69
M30

then the plate will into the working area by the sequence, but now we running the program will stop at M90, the light show the cycle still on, but no any action anymore, the machine is stop. we can't move next step M68(plate in), if we take out the M90, then the program is fine. but if don't have M90, how to call second plate program when first plate is finished?
A engineer told me using M201 replace M90, and In O0002 using M202, in O0003 using M203... but still not working.

Have any idea of this situation? thank in advance.
