Is it possible to wire 2-phase stepper ( Leadshine 57HS09, that has 4 wires) to be driven with 3-phase driver (3 wires)? This is for rotary for existing laser machine that already has 3-phase stepper...

no, you can't do this, 2-phase and 3-phase stepper drives have different interface and PCB layout, thank you interested in Leadshine product
