Smart Machine Tool M78 Problem

Started a new job running a Smart Machine Tool NL 3000 BLM with Fanuc Oi-tf control.
Having trouble with M78 not releasing tailstock in program or mdi, M79 works the way
it should. In program it reads M78 with out errors and continues with program dragging
the tailstock around.

I tried splitting program to manually move tailstock and get "EX 2163 F PROG' T/S INTERLOCK
(SP ON, X-AXIS ZERO, DOOR OPEN)" error if I dont rehome x each time.

I think this machine is a samsung copy.
