New here to pick brains and share my ideas!!
I build ABS mining equipment on my Thermoforming machine, and in the process of building a new machine.
old machine is a 2 by 4 with a overhead heater, air cylinder plastic frame lift system.
My new design is a 4 by 4 shuttle design, with mold lifting from the bottom up!!

www.spikesprospecting.com is my website, where you can see the things I have been building the past 2 years, on my 2 by 4 homemade machine. I am updating my existing machine to a 4 by 4 to increase production, accuracy and easier on my old retired body. Once this new machine is done, I plan on building a % by 5 CNC for cutting my molds from a solid blocks of wood!! Use some epoxy molds, but most are still in wood, always looking for options!!
