What is the smallest router bit for cutting wood for a CNC machine?
Hello,
I am looking for the smallest diameter router bit available for a CNC machine. What is the smallest router bit you can buy? I'm cutting designs in wood that have some pretty small details. Thanks for your help! :)

Hello, Here I can buy the smallest woodworking router bits as follows:
Drill Diameter: 2mm
Shank Diameter: 6mm
Cutting Flute: 2
It's a TCT straight router bits.
If 2mm drill diameter is okay, you can check more information by this link:

What drill diameter can fit your work?

It's easy to find 0.4mm end mills for sale.
Trust me, they're much smaller than you could possibly use in your projects.
If they're not, by some magic, I can look around casually and find smaller ones... to the tune of 0.1mm. If you cough while the mailman is delivering them to your house, they'll arrive broken.
