I recently started a retrofit of my DM2800 machine.
I bought it complete, with functional original electronics.
Now I can sell all electronic components for sale. Also stepper motors and DC spindle motor.
The machine and parts are located in Switzerland, can be sent by courier worldwide.

Thank you for the good word. In fact, the machine is very little used, looks good for its age.
I will make a retrofit by replacing stepper motors with servos. I already have Mitsubishi 200W AC servos with servo packs. Brand new, not yet connected.

I want to replace the DC motor from the spindle with an Allan-Bradley AC servo. I have one with a base of 120 x 120 mm, fits in place of the old one. The main thing is that it is 230 V, just like Mitsubishi servo packs. Thanks to this, the machine will still be in one phase.
The motion controller remains. I use Mach 3 in all my machines, I bought the CSMIO-M driver for DM2800. Proven, affordable and easy to use.
I also have MESA cards for LinuxCNC and I could use them too. I still think which motion controller to use.
P.S. Mechanical limit switch remain in the machine, all the rest is for sale.
