Fanuc 15MB IPL Codes

I have Fanuc 15MB 9000 parameter editing issue. The machine is Okuma Howa Millac-852 VPF 120 inch 5-Axis.
The problem I have is entering the the three static pw's that allow editing the Hexadecimal values. The procedure I
was told is:
1) Hold "-" and "+" while Pushing Start Button.
2) @ IPL enter "99"
3) No. Axis?
4) Enter 6
5) Enter Static Pass Codes
a)236.....etc.
b)372.....etc.
c)192.....etc.
6) @ Option (01) prompt enter Hex Value for 9100 Binary No,....9101, 91002, Etc.

However, there is no opportunity to enter the 3 Passcodes (Step 5), because the Control immediately
goes to Step 6 and wants the 9000 Hex Values starting at Option (01) and then (02), (03), etc.
Either I am doing this wrong or missing a step. Please if anyone has insight to my problem I would very much appreciate it. Thank you, GBV

I have never needed the passcodes (passwords) on the 15B control. Entering 99 at the IPL menu is sufficient. The 15A is different.

I agree with memoryman. Control 15MB does not need any "Static Pass Codes".
What is the main PCB part number?
Why do you have the IPL mode in the screen?

Hi, we have Kuraki with fanuc 15-mb, no need to key in IPL password, all done : machine parameter loading already but unlucky we don't have backup for PMC parameter, anyone could help me who have PMC parameter (timer, keeprelay etc) could share
