Using Fusion 360 with highly modified Emco Lathe

Hello, I have a highly modified Emco PC Turn 105. The chuck has been moved out and down 1 inch to accomodate a bigger chuck. Thusly I have also built custom tool holders to hold tools either +/- 1" from their original tool holder starting positions.

This machine is used to make 4-8" pulleys, which I hand code every one of. I was wondering if there is any way that I could use Fusion 360 to create toolpaths for it, even though it is highly modified and doesnt really know where it is. Any information to this regard would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you tell Fusion where the front of the part is, then no problem, modified or not. Fusion assumes that X 0 is the spindle centerline. You have to tell Fusion which end of the part is the Z 0. You have to setup the tool offsets in your CNC program.
