Our versions 3.41 and 3.60 are preset with 16 measuring points for the "auto step edge" (automatic steps to measure the cutter corner radius).
Since we do not want to use the measurement for the wear detection but for the locating of falsely substituted cutters, each tool has to go through the measurement which takes at least one minute. Now we have set the parameters from 16 steps to 8 and to 4 and sometimes even to 3 but it still takes 30-45 seconds.
Who here has already had experience?
