Need help rebuilding mold for my Porto-type swim bait.

I have created a fishing bait which I have used the past 10 years and now my last mold has cracked and I need to engineer something that will continue to allow me to make them for years to come. The bad news I have 1 prototype bait left and was hoping it could be 3D scanned to Create a new mold. The bait is 6 inches long and no more than an inch wide. We have laser scanning capabilities. If you send me a photo of your part, I could give you a cost to create a 3D CAD model from the existing part.
