How to show Camworks C axis chuck animation for shaft face turn milling.

No results after searching this forum and googling regarding the above question, so here I am.

Is it possible to let Camworks show chuck rotary animation (X and C) instead of of tool XY movements when turn milling on the shaft face? For example I'm trying to mill-turn a hex nut feature on a shaft and the. There is an option setting under "Simulation Tab" in CAMWORKS OPTIONS where you can select between "Rotate Tool" and "Rotate Stock" but that does not seem to do anything?
