We have a DMG MORI NHX5000 horizontal mill with a M730BM system and I need some info on the Pallet change procedure in memory mode ie How is it called in the Program so that the machine knows which pallet is in production.
M60-pallet change
M61-A pallet change
M62-B pallet change
M62 does not work as it assigned to another function.
Well, thats what i got. Mori typically never changes mcodes.
I am not sure the NV5000 1A/50 ( Vertical Mill ) is the same of your or not, try this by manually:
Hit Setting Soft Key to find APC ( Auto Pallet Change _ and try the list of function on it:
For Ex. Pallet A/B shuttle Clamp / Un clamp ( Before moving or rotating a pallet A or B )
Pallet A or B Forward / Backward ( To Pull out or move back a pallet )
Pallet A or B lock / unlock ( Lock: After moving a pallet back to its home _ Un lock for going to move to inside machine )
My machine is Vertical Milling, and has the same M code 60, 61 and 62 as Underthetire post.

do you still have problem with pallet change?
I know from my experience, that when I install new machine from MORI SEIKI we need to input programs for APC and ATC into machine.
Please check parameter #7011 (60) and #7013 (9002). O9002 we made program for APC.
When you put in MDI or into the program, witch you made, just put M60.
