Hurco. Emergency stop has been depressed but hasnt

Hello,
I just rebuilt the spindle motor bmc4020. Simple. Apon startup it says "emergency stop has been depressed" ive tried to goto manual mode, power, start. It does nothing. The only thing i can think of is that the z axis is lowered all the way fir ease during motor installation. Maybe its a limit switch. I dunno. I cant find any info. Ill pay anything to get going again.???? Im in seattle area if anyone knows a hurco service man. Hurco gave me a guys number but ges not answering.
