So,when i go to edit aux--->pip--->lecture and click write my machine just stop responding.I waited like 10minutes and still nothing . Is this normal? How can i receive program?

Check your RS232 connections, parameters on both sides and so. Yes, you can transfer files via RS232 to OSP.
