Fanuc 210is spindle drive problem

Hello, I need help with the machine on the Fanuc 210is control, well, in the first phase of the error I was shown the alarm 19 I replaced the transducer on the U phase, the alarm disappeared, however, after starting the machine, right after the safety test, when the voltage appears on the DC rail, the spindle begins to rotate 10 rpm, I can't stop it from the desktop until the emergency stop spindle stops and then alarm 37 pops out. Is this a malfunctioning transducer? I will add that immediately after starting the spindle drive for a moment error 50 and 19 jumps followed by dashes, which parameters are responsible for the spindle? changing gain pairs to 0 results in the spindle not turning and an overload error pops up. What can cause a failure?
