GDTool Torque Tuning Step Responce.
I'm using VSD-E drives to convert a Hurco KMB-1. Stock motors have been fitted with encoders as the tac gens are not used with this drive.
The first round of torque tuning produced step response plots much like the tuning manual examples.
Now I'm having trouble. All step gen plots are saw tooth wave forms only now and changing the gain settings dosen't seem to alter the wave forms at all other than height.

Reflashing firmware has restored step gen plotting function. Will test further.
